We’ll start in on the various pieces of big news shortly, but first, I’d like to take this time to publicly relish the fact that my beloved Hawkeyes won the BCS FedEx Orange Bowl last night against Georgia Tech.  It was a great game to watch, even though the Hawks didn’t really put them away until the last three minutes of the game.
